GUIDEcx Caps Off Successful Third Attendance at SaaStr Annual 2021

By:

This week, GUIDEcx marked its third appearance at SaaStr Annual 2021, the SaaS industry’s largest event on the planet. Over 25,000 attendees participated both in person at the San Mateo County Conference Center in California as well as virtually. More eyes than ever before were on our client onboarding platform.

On Tuesday, GUIDEcx founder and CEO Peter Ord held his first-ever interactive presentation during the three-day B2B conference. He captivated the crowd on how to understand the real costs of the implementation process. His tried-and-tested tips for optimization included identifying bottlenecks, utilizing self-service for easy customer interaction, and measuring to reduce time to value. Among Ord’s top takeaway for attendees was to instill the understanding that “you can’t optimize what you can’t measure.”

As a Super Gold Sponsor of SaaStr, attendees were also invited to stop by the GUIDEcx conference center booth. Our on-site team was on hand to help companies big and small learn more about how a customer onboarding SaaS can help them reach their goals within their teams, both internally and externally.

“As the top software event in the world, we were humbled that GUIDEcx had such a massive presence at this year’s SaaStr as we continue to shine a light on what the new customer experience can really be,” said Ord. “As always, our goal was to introduce more eyes to GUIDEcx and what a seamless new client implementation process looks like, and we felt like we accomplished that in great lengths.”

GUIDEcx joined a wide range of companies from early-stage startups to leading industry veterans like Dropbox and Shopify at SaaStr, including over 300 speakers. To view a recap of select events, visit saastrannual2021.com
