New Support Tab and Product Roadmap Feature for Trust and Transparency
Seeking a solution that makes it easier to promote trust and transparency is something every company should embrace. The new Support tab makes it easy for customers to use GUIDEcx to the best of their ability and easily access resources. This will include answers to frequently asked questions, common walkthroughs, and best practices on our product.
In an effort to continue building on the relationship of trust and transparency that we know are critical to any business-to-business relationship, we are excited to open our product roadmap to the public. This will make it easier than ever for customers to communicate thoughtful feedback and ideas with our team.
The Support tab will be located at the bottom of the main navigation menu on the left-side of the screen. The Product Roadmap will be located within the Support.
Highlights for this feature include:
A new Support tab with easy access to the most common and helpful support articles.
A view into our product roadmap allowing you to see and understand the solutions our teams are hard at work for you.
The ability to easily submit feedback and ideas, as well as upvote and comment on existing ideas and features.
Consolidated View of Task Notes to Communicate with Customers
Notes are a critical piece of any successful implementation. Having the ability to easily and quickly communicate with customers and your internal team is so important. It has a massive impact on the execution of a successful project.
Therefore, with a consolidated task notes view, you can see all of the notes from all tasks in a project. This can be viewed in the “Notes” tab.
You will still be able to view notes for the overall project. Go to the “Notes” tab at the project-level. Simply select which you’d like to see in the drop-down menu (shown above).
Dependency Status Filter Feature in the Project Plan View
(Also available in the Global Tasks view.)
One of the key components to a successful implementation is the usage of dependencies. They keep the project flowing automatically and ensure the right parties always know what work is on their plate. Say you want to see only active tasks ready to be worked on, but it may be time consuming to hunt down which tasks had completed/uncompleted dependencies.
Those days are over.
You can now filter by dependency status (complete/incomplete) to make it faster and easier than ever to find exactly what you are looking for.
Coming Soon…
Some upcoming features include a drag-and-drop feature for uploading attachments, options on currencies, and magic links. Magic links will make it so not only does your client not have to login, but they won’t have to register for GUIDEcx at all. We will also be enhancing our Event Tasks, Salesforce integration, and Time Tracking and Resource Management features.
