Introducing Chris Griffith, Chief Technology Officer at GUIDEcx

We are excited to welcome Chris Griffith as the new Chief Technology Officer at GUIDEcx.

Chris brings more than 15 years of technology leadership experience across high-growth, private equity-backed organizations, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical programs at scale. Throughout his career, he has served in senior leadership roles, including CTO, VP of Engineering, Director of System Architecture, and Chief Architect, consistently guiding organizations through pivotal stages of growth and transformation.

Chris has extensive expertise in enterprise architecture, having designed and executed multi-year technology roadmaps that scaled systems to support tens of millions of daily requests. He has led cloud migrations, microservices transformations, and platform modernization initiatives that improved reliability, accelerated delivery, and reduced operational costs. His work has also driven millions of dollars in savings through infrastructure optimization, software licensing strategies, and vendor partnerships with organizations including Azure, AWS, CDW, and Oracle.

A defining strength throughout Chris’s career has been his ability to build and scale high-performing engineering teams. He has grown organizations from fewer than 10 engineers to more than 180, while maintaining the growth and profitability expectations common in private equity environments. Just as importantly, he is deeply committed to developing people, fostering sustainable pipelines of technical talent and leadership.

Chris also brings significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, having participated in multiple buy-side and sell-side diligence processes, including a successful private equity exit. In security, he has architected cloud-first frameworks from the ground up and developed proprietary authentication and authorization services capable of delivering enterprise-grade security at a fraction of traditional third-party costs.
