As GuideCX prepares to participate in the SaaS industry’s largest event on the planet, SaaStr Annual 2021, later this month, the excitement is high for the three-day B2B software conference. Over 25,000 attendees are expected to attend, both in person and remotely.
This year, our customer onboarding system will have a threefold presence at SaaStr. First, GuideCX founder and CEO Peter Ord will lead a presentation on discovering the hidden values within the new client implementation process and how to reduce time to value. “The Real Costs of Implementation: How to Measure and How to Minimize” will stream live at 5 p.m. MST on Tuesday, September 28. Additionally, the company will host a booth at the conference, inviting in-person attendees to stop by and learn more. GuideCX is also a Super Gold Sponsor of the conference.
This year, SaaStr participants can also look forward to 300 other speakers sharing their personal knowledge and tools for success. One notable guest, Harley Finkelstein, president of Shopify, will divulge his insight on how successful entrepreneurs approach personal change and development in order to achieve a work-life balance. Meanwhile, Rachel Wolan, the general manager of Dropbox, will share her own lessons learned through product-led scaling.
“We are appreciative to be in such great company at this year’s SaaStr, which brings together everyone from startups in their earliest stages to founders of some of the most successful businesses in history,” said Ord. “There is something to learn from everyone in the room that can help us along our journeys.”
With mentoring and networking sessions spanning the agenda, attendees can also look forward to key takeaways from workshops like “The Most Common SaaS Sales Potholes and How to Avoid Them” led by Mark Roberge, founder of Stage 2 Capital. Meanwhile, Maya Colato, vice president of customer experience at Mapistry, will discuss how to build a successful customer advisory board.
SaaStr Annual 2021 will be held September 27–29 at the San Mateo County Conference Center. To ensure participants’ safety, the event will adhere closely to leading health and safety guidelines.
