Introducing Enhancements to the Mobile App

We are thrilled to announce the latest updates to our mobile app. We conducted extensive customer research about how our mobile app is used and where there are opportunities to improve the experience.

 The GUIDEcx product team used the feedback from customers to help guide us with these latest updates that include improving the user experience and overall efficiency.

What’s New in the Latest Version of the Mobile App 

We’ve improved the overall navigation of the mobile app with a focus on the following key features:

Overall Performance

Improved UX featuring increased speed and quality. 

Task Status Updates

Quickly update task status from the main global tasks page; no need to click into an individual task. 

View Attachments

In addition to uploading attachments, you can now view any attached photos or files in tasks and projects.

Utilize @ mentions

Communicate more effectively with your team members and cut through the noise of general notifications with @ mentions.

Project Filters

Find projects with ease using your saved filters from the web app.   

Redesigned Navigation Experiences –

New bottom nav when you select a project or task. Features the most commonly used items for quicker access.
 

    • Project Page Nav: Project Plan, Project Overview, Attachments, MyTasks

       

    • Tasks Page – Task Details, Attachments, Notes

Take GUIDEcx with you on the go. The app is available for customers only, for Apple and Android users.

What’s New With GUIDEcx?

The October release featured updates within the platform that were designed to better manage customers, increase customer retention and satisfaction, streamline onboarding processes and increase tracking capabilities.
