GUIDEcx Announces the Launch of Masterclasses for Customer Onboarding

Starting in December 2022, GUIDEcx has now begun offering Masterclasses for everything related to Customer Onboarding and are free for all GUIDEcx customers. Each class is 30 minutes and will share best practices to help you fire up your customer engagement. These classes are a great opportunity to refine and expand your knowledge of the features of GUIDEcx and apply them to your customer onboarding!

Sessions are led by Training Guide, Kimberley Francis. The first class launched on Dec. 2 and covered experience overviews and project manager notes. Classes are available on-demand for those who can’t attend the live sessions.
